•Building a strong base of muscular endurance and proper lifting technique
Phase 2: Power Development
•Introducing explosive movements and plyometrics to improve force production
Phase 3: Application & Performance •Translating strength and power into sport-specific speed, agility, and movement

About Me
Hello! My name is Richard Amoako a personal trainer for young aspiring athletes. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, which provides me with a solid foundation in understanding human movements. My passion lies in the realm of sports and athletics, where I strive to make a meaningful impact. I spent four years at UMass Amherst, where I had the privilege of playing Division 1 soccer. That experience not only shaped my understanding of the physical and mental demands of high-level competition but also ignited my drive to help young athletes unlock their full potential. I am dedicated to empowering these athletes, providing them with the tools and guidance they need to excel in their chosen sports and achieve their personal goals.
